My son has been struggling to go into his new middle school. He just refuses to walk through the doors. Today, I might have threatened to run away really fast from him and leave him alone if he didn't go in...and then I just walked away and hid out of sight. It took another five minutes or so before someone convinced him to go inside.

Yeah, I felt like I bad parent there. Still do. I'm glad I'm not the only one to feel that way.
