Thanks Megan. I totally relate to the burn out and the desire for creativity.

I had this boss who shifted from "just get your work done" to "eight good hours" to "be available between 8 am and 5 pm and also you'll have to work outside of those hours when I feel like it, too." And on top of this my time off allowed went from 24 days to 10 days.

He actually told me he couldn't understand why anyone would leave the company. I told him before I left...I later heard that he made up some other reason to tell my coworkers why I left.
